 Do we offer same day delivery?

We can offer same day delivery in NYC metro ( NYC, Brooklyn and Queens) – call 646-838-2046 and Miami – 305-928-8979. We do not currently offer same day delivery nation wide. We can deliver bouquets for the next day if the order is placed on our website by 6.00pm.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production within 3-5 hours after your order is placed. Within 24 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

Standard Same Day Delivery – New York City and Miami
Service:- Mon to Sat 8am to 5pm
$21 per box to one delivery address – each bouquet requires an individual delivery box, we do our best to include as many products into one box safely.

Next Day Delivery – All States
Service:- Mon to Sat 8am to 5pm

Outside of NYC and Miami Metro – Northern NJ, Philadelphia and Long Island:
Service:- Mon to Sat 8am to 5pm

Delivery Zip Codes and Exclusions

We can deliver fresh cut roses to New York City Metro, Northern New Jersey, Philadelphia and Miami Metro. We can ship Infinity Roses anywhere throughout the continental USA.

For customers looking to deliver to Bronx and Staten Island, we are now able to offer this service location, unfortunately we can’t offer this online because of our online courier. Call our team on 646-838-2046 and they will give you the delivery costs for standard and premium delivery to these areas.

What will happen if the recipient is not home to receive the flowers?

There is a comments section on the checkout pages which allows you to suggest a suitable place for the courier to leave the flowers if the recipient is not home. The flowers will, by default, be left on the step if possible or with a neighbor. If you would prefer that the flowers are not left on the step or with a neighbour but re-delivered by the courier then please specify this in the comments section. In this case a card will be posted through the letterbox and the recipient will need to telephone the courier depot to arrange for re-delivery. Please note that the courier will not call the recipient to ensure they are at home before delivery.

48 hours notice prior to the delivery date will be required for cancellations for Infinity Roses. For Fresh Cut Roses we require one working days notice prior to the delivery date. Should you need to cancel an order for any reason please e-mail us using the form in our Contact Us page or call us on 646-838-2046.

Amending Your Order

If you wish to make any other changes to your order you may do so by e-mailing us using the form in the Contact Us page of our site or by calling us on 646-838-2046. Please advise us 24 hours in advance of the delivery date to allow us time to make the changes that you would like.

Refunds Policy

All our arrangements are made to order. 

Unfortunately, because each arrangement is catered and designed to a specific individual, we are unable to accept returns. If you would like to cancel an arrangement, you can do so 24 hours before the delivery date.
